In the registry, which was the worst decision we made about 15 years ago. Now its too late without major refactoring.

Most of my programs use the registry but INI files come in a close second. It really depends on if I need to make a lot of changes (INI) or not (registry).

Started with INI files then switched to registry however IT restricts accesses to registry on factory floor machines. So switched back to INI files.
