I am seriously considering upgrading fromStudio XE7 to C++ Tokyo. Reason: I never used Delphi proper.
But it is a very expensive move, considering the price (more than $2400 canadian dollars) and the fact that I am a hobbyist, not a pro. But I use my XE7 every day for a few softwares I wrote, and I have bee able to sell a couple of those!
Your advice: id Tokyo better enough that XE7 to justify that expense?

In my opinion, yes. Version 10.x is much more stable than XE7 was and you have some extras like the ability to program for mobile devices.
