Copy inspected data

Post by denville »

Has anyone discovered how to do this (CPB6) ...

Sometimes in the debugger I inspect a (potentially lengthy) string or character variable, which I would like to copy to the clipboard to save me a lot of copying. The context menu surprisingly doesn't give a copy option and Ctrl-C goes to the Change feature. Any ideas ?

No, there is no right-click option for it. However, from a Debug Inspector window, there is a "..." button that will popup an edit field for the value being inspected, and from that you can copy the text, alter it, etc.
